Dr. Andrew D. Clark, Sr., is the electrifying, Chief Overseer of Trinity Outreach Ministries C.O.G.I.C. located at 12002 Ashbury Rd, and Holy Trinity Church and Cultural Arts Center located at 7209 Woodland Ave

Both houses of worship are respectively located on Cleveland’s north and south sides.  Dr. Clark’s Pastoral leadership has positioned him to implement innovative ways to reach, teach and inspire the community. 

His heart continually focuses on the development of people through various creative activities.  He is assured that through opportunity people are inspired to be the very best that they can be.  Dr. Clark’s concentrated center of interest is the health, wealth and education of our youth.  As a trailblazer, of and for the community he has included in his ministry a boxing program, after school tutoring, music lessons, and a basketball team; this is done in his effort to serve those most in need.

Dr. Andrew Clark, Sr., is the youngest of six children from the union of the late Pastor Walter and Elect Mother; Missionary Jessie Clark.  Dr. Clark is a proud product of the Cleveland Public Schools, graduating with honors from Cleveland East High in 1979.  Dr. Clark matriculated to the University of Cincinnati and in 1983 received his Bachelor's degree in Political Science while minoring in 

Returning home, Dr. Clark immediately became active in the business community. He enthusiastically worked side-by side with his father in multiple business ventures that included retail establishments and transportation services. Dr. Clark’s smart entrepreneurial business decisions was instrumental during and throughout the early 1990's; when Clark Transportation services was the largest Black owned and operated motor coach and van service in Northeast Ohio. Dr. Clark's business savvy earned notoriety and respect from various sectors across the country.

Maintaining his passion for the community and enhancing his wisdom in leadership, Dr. Clark was elected as President of the Glenville Business Association in the late 1980's.  Dr. Clark continued to strengthen his community involvement and was also elected to the position of Board President of the Glenville Development Corporation under the late Executive Director Tanya Allmond.  During the early 1990's., Dr. Clark was further honored to be elected as the President of Cleveland Housing Network.  As the first Black president his unique perspective offered a keen, insightful awareness to the organization and the community that it served.  The Cleveland Housing Network is an organization he still holds close to his heart.  Dr. Clark is the Chief Visionary of the First African American Urban Theatre District operating in the City of Cleveland.  Holy Trinity Cultural Arts Center has become the premier venue for plays, concerts, dinners, celebrations, art exhibits and much more.  Holy Trinity Cultural Arts Center is partnering with "Powerful Long Ladder Production" Theatre Ensemble, bringing thought provoking dramas in large part centered around African American culture.  Dr. Clark's vision is to provide a space and opportunties for our gifted and talented "Rising Stars" of urban Cleveland to have a place where their gifts can be "unearth" from the "Heart of God" to the "Heart of God's" people.

Dr. Clark persisted in exploring the rewards of education and in 2011 received from the North Carolina College of Theology his Masters in “Biblical Studies” followed by his Doctorate in "Theology" in 2013.  In 2016, Dr. Clark established Holy Trinity College of Theology, a satellite school of the North Carolina College of Theology, now operating on the campus of Holy Trinity Church and Cultural Arts Center.

 Notably, Dr. Clark is the founder and chief facilitator of “The Federation of Network Ministries" (FNM), a collaboration of faith based institutions whose sole purpose is implementing urban renewal strategies around "The Recovery 7 Plan".
The Plan addresses; education, financial empowerment, crime prevention, economic development, home ownership, re-connecting fathers and sons, and Health and Wellness.  Through FNM, the creation of the “Glenville Ministry in Missions Alliance", " Buckeye Ministry in Missions Alliance", and the "Akron West Ministry in Missions Alliance" were all developed to institute the principals aligned in "The Recovery 7 Plan".  Every year, Dr. Clark and the "Federation of Network Ministries” organizes a community wide celebration entitled “A Day of Reclaiming".  This event commences with “The Pride of Glenville Drumline” that Dr. Clark leads and organized.  FNM brings together many faith based organizations and residents throughout northeast Ohio proclaiming peace, hope and restoration.  Additionally, through this ministry, Dr. Clark has pushed for gun control reform, reducing gun violence, bringing awareness to human sex trafficking, and promoting domestic harmony, while challenging mass incarceration and infant mortality.

Dr. Clark’s exemplary service propelled him to the appointment, where he currently serves, as the Urban Initiatives Coordinator for the Ohio North First Jurisdiction (ONFJ) of the Church of God in Christ.  This prominent appointment is under the leadership of Bishop Edward T. Cook. ONFJ represents over 100 churches throughout the state of Ohio.  Dr. Clark was promoted to serve on the national executuive team of COGIC Urban Initiatives as an Advisor under the leadership of Bishop Edwin C. Bass-a position he is most honored to serve.

Dr. Clark diligently serves as the General Overseer of "Another Chance of Ohio ", a non-profit ministry serving the unserved and under served in greater Cleveland.  Services through this ministry include transitional housing for veterans, youth that have aged out of foster care and women and families escaping abusive relationships.  Through a “free store” Another Chance offers everything that is donated to the organization; to the public at no cost.  The donations include clothing, appliances, furniture, medical supplies, and food. Another Chance also offers spiritual care both on-site and by referral.

Dr. Clark is a lifetime member of the NAACP, serves as the Vice-President of the National Action Network local Cleveland Chapter, founding member of the Cleveland Clergy Alliance, and former Board member of Empowering and Strengthening Ohio’s People (ESOP).

Dr. Clark is an outstanding rhythmic drummer, engaging teacher, motivational speaker, and dedicated runner; he enjoys quiet evenings at home listening to inspirational sounds of gospel and jazz.

Dr. Clark is married to the talented and beautiful, First Lady Michele Clark, Executive Administrator of Little Scholars Child Care Enrichment Center.  First Lady Clark manages the staff in the daily care of more than 180 children and families.  Lady Michele is the visionary and founder of "Trinity Fashion Fair" an explosive array of fashion, cosmetics and etiquette expressions for todays phenomenal woman and distinquish man.

Dr. Clark is the proud father of three extraordinarily talented children.  Andrew D. Clark, Jr., is a graduate of Howard University; Washington D. C. in the field of Finance now attending John Hopkins school of Business, Porscha J. Clark is a graduate of Tennessee State University; Nashville, Tennessee in the field of Medicine preparing to enter medical school and Dwight DeVaughn, is a student a Benedictine High School in Cleveland, Ohio..
